Hurricane Laura Strengthens To Category 4 Storm With ‘Unsurvivable’ Surges and is poised to hit Texas and Louisiana, causing both states to brace for one incredibly dangerous storm!
Experts at the National Hurricane Center are saying that the storm is expected to bring “unsurvivable” storm surges, with water up to 20-feet high and surging as far as 40 miles inland.
