CDOT is looking for around 100 people to help deal with road conditions across the state. Because of a lack of workers with Commercial Drivers Licenses across the country, CDOT is raising the pay from $19 to $22 an hour.
CDOT is also willing to hire retired maintenance workers to plow the roads at $25 an hour.
