Ted Pelkey doesn’t really care for some of the lawmakers in Westford, Vermont. Pelkey has been trying for 10 years to move his business from one town to his own property. The Westford powers-that-be have turned him down every time.
Mr. Pelkey decided to tell the town leaders his feelings. He spent $4,000 to carve a 700 pound block of pine into a hand with the middle finger extended. Pelkey put it on a 16-foot pole and has flood lights to shine on it at night!
