Christmas came early for a few visitors to a Houston ATM. A Bank of America ATM was spitting out $100 bills instead of $10’s and $20’s.
The issue started on Sunday night and lasted until Monday morning when someone posted about it on social media. Local sheriff officers also noticed a group of people gathered around the ATM and went to inspect the situation after people started fighting and arguing over the extra cash.
Bank of America said one of their vendors mistakenly loaded the ATM with $100 bills instead of $10’s. It only happened in that one location. Here’s the good news. The bank is letting the people keep the money!!!
I’d be so scared someone was going to come after me!
