I’m dead. DECEASED. Someone made up a company called “Feyonce” and B cannot stop it! If you’re on Instagram you might see Fake Finsta’s where they replace the first initials with “F” because the pages are FAKE. Hence the Feyonce Farter reference.
Beyonce claims it’s an infringement on her trademark and would cause customers confusion. The judge said this, “A rational jury might or might not conclude that the pun here is sufficient to dispel any confusion among the purchasing public.”
