The Larry and Kathie J Christmas Wish grants another wish for a wife who wrote the Morning Show a letter on behalf of her boyfriend, Josh. Because of his condition spondylosis, he has had to have 3 spinal surgeries in 3 years. Despite his day to day suffering, Josh is always there for his family and because of that the Larry and Kathie Christmas Wish wanted to answer this wish.
