He tweeted a video of himself in the studio and announced, “THE IDOL VOL. 1.” While he didn’t say when his latest project would be released, The Weeknd will star in the HBO drama “The Idol” this June. Currently, his new remix of ‘Die for You’ featuring Ariana Grande has hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100. “Die For You” is The Weeknd and Grande’s seventh number-one single. “Save Your Tears” is their previous number-one single.
