Billionaire Jeff Bezos and three other passengers made history with their suborbital trip to space.
Liftoff occurred on Tuesday, July 20th at 9:11 a.m. EDT from Blue Origin’s Launch Site One in West Texas.
Among those included in the launch were Bezos, his brother Mark Bezos, Mercury 13 and aviation pioneer Wally Funk and 18-year-old Oliver Daemen.
It was the first unpiloted with a civilian crew and both the oldest and youngest persons, respectfully, to go in to space.
