Mary Wilson, Of The Supremes, Dies At 76!
Mary Wilson was one of the founding Supremes and a legend! She passed away suddenly at her home at the age of 76!
Wilson just announced on a YouTube video days ago, that she’d be working with Universal Music to release solo material.
Ms. Wilson began her career back in Detroit in 1959 as a singer in a grouop called “The Primettes.”
They went on to become “The Supremes,” which was one of Motown’s most successful group of the 1960s.
The Supremes had 12 number one singles including “Where Did Our Love Go,” “Baby Love,” and “Stop! In the name of Love.”
