Colorado officers seen on video laughing about arrest that hospitalized 73-year-old dementia patient!
Loveland Police Officers arrested Karen Garner, 73, on June 26, 2020, after she left Walmart without paying $13-worth of items.
After video surfaced of the officers poking fun of Garner as she sat helplessly and injured in a holding cell, Officers Austin Hopp and Daria Jalali are now on leave pending lawsuits filed by Garner’s family! Bless her heart!
