Edward and Cheryl Patton of Lake View, New York were wondering why coffee cups kept littering their yard.
Every day, FOR 3 YEARS, they’ve had to clean up the garbage.
The Pattons decided to put up a camera to see if they could catch the litterer in action. It didn’t help.
Some neighbors finally were able to get a license plate and vehicle description of a car driving by and throwing a coffee cup.
It turns out, the man was a former co-worker of Cheryl.
76-year-old Larry Pope was angry at her because they had union issues at Cheryl’s old job.
Pope was finally busted by police and given a ticket. He was also charged with harassment.
