Chana was the head of a Christian sect in Northeast India that allowed polygamy. He led by example.
Chana has 39 WIVES…and 94 CHILDREN.
They all lived in a four-story dwelling with 100 rooms. The wives had a dormitory near his bedroom.
Even though he already had a big family, Chana wanted more.
In a 2011 interview, he said, “I am ready to expand my family and willing to go to any extent to marry. I have so many people to care for and look after, and I consider myself a lucky man.”
