Chadwick Boseman has been nominated for Best Actor for his role in the Netflix movie, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
This is Chadwick’s first ever Oscar nomination plus he is the third person in Oscar history to be a nominee after passing away! The other two are Heath Ledger and Ralph Richardson.
Andra Day and Viola Davis were also nominated for best actress!
Netflix picked up a gang of nominations too! The Oscar will take place on April 25th!
