A new study says that 1 in 4 workers are planning on switching or quitting their jobs after the pandemic is over!
Some workers even say that would like to get at least one remote day a week as part of the new normal!
Plus, of the 26% of workers planning to leave their employers after the pandemic, 80% are doing so because they’re concerned about their career advancement. 72% say the pandemic caused them to rethink their skill sets.
