Registration for the 2012 Miles for Moms Run/Walk is open!

The race will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 9 a.m. at Sloan Lake Park.

Florence Crittenton Services of Colorado invites you to participate in the Miles for Moms Run/Walk. Participants in the 5K run/walk and 2K walk/stroller category are encouraged to form teams and raise funds to help Florence Crittenton Services' mission to help teen parents raise healthy families. The event also features a family friendly festival with activities, healthy living vendors, food & beverages, team competitions, a prize raffle and more.

NEW LOCATION: Sloan Lake Park, Southside Picnic Shelter Area, 17th and Sheridan. Map location.

Advance registration closes at midnight on Thursday, May 10, 2012

Please Note: The Discovery Channel will be filming at this event for a documentary series on Florence Crittenton High School.

Cost:

$25 – Individuals (day of race - $30)
$15 – Students (age 6-17) (day of race - $20)
$25 -- "Stay at Home" Mom or Dad (Receive T-shirt by mail, have opportunity to raise funds without attending event)
$5 – Florence Crittenton High School students
Free – children five and under (no T-shirt)

Prizes:

• Top Three Men and Women (5K)
• Top Three Boys and Girls (6-17 years)
• Top fundraising team
• Top fundraising individual
• Most creative and spirited team identity or attire
• Largest team

Notecards:

Student-designed notecards to match the race T-shirt design will be available for sale at the race for $5 for a pack of five.
